Join us on the 15th May 2025 at 7.30pm for a special evening in collaboration with Tanners Wines, a Hereford institution with nearly 200 years of heritage.
Enjoy a glass of Champagne on arrival, followed by a four-course tasting menu created by the Head Chef at the Green Dragon Hotel, each course paired with two expertly selected wines – one Old World French classic and one New World equivalent.
That’s a glass of Champagne, four courses and eight wines, designed to inspire conversation, comparison, and discovery. A must for wine lovers and foodies alike.
