Enchanted Christmas – Santa’s Grotto

We are beyond excited to announce that the Encanted Group are here to provide you with Hereford’s best Christmas grotto experience. This isn’t just your average grotto – it’s a fully immersive experience for the family to enjoy and create magical memories together, here at the Green Dragon Hotel.
Our LIVE SHOW is back for 2024. Be prepared for an singing all-dancing musical spectacular as our talented Elves embark on a heartwarming journey to discover the true meaning of Christmas. 
Authentic Santa Claus – HE IS BACK! Our famous Santa who we know so many of you ask specifically to see, will be joining us at our new location. During the experience you will be taken one family at a time for that all-important chat with the big guy himself and all children will be able to choose a special gift.
Christmas Wishes – Let your little ones write and seal their Christmas lists to hand-deliver directly to Santa.
Naughty or Nice? – Find out if your little ones have made the naughty or nice list. Each child will receive an embossed “nice list” certified gold coin in a presentation box.
Sweet Treats – All tickets holders will decorate their own Christmas-themed sugar cookie, freshly baked by a local Hereford business – Sinfully Delicious.
Reindeer Food Making – Create your own reindeer food to take home with you and sprinkle outside on Christmas Eve.
Festive Fun – Every child will receive a Christmas activity booklet to enjoy whilst they wait to see Santa.
Complimentary Refreshments are provided by the Green Dragon Hotel cafe. Adults enjoy a free hot drink, while kids delight in free milk and cookies. If you have plans after the event, don’t worry, this will be redeemable until January 31, 2025.
Capture The Magic – Take your own photos with all our characters and enjoy optional professional pictures with Santa.
The experience will last between 60 – 90 minutes.
